哈哈。。。。我不说,我想你们应该不知道吧~!我现在吃着素,因为我很多东西暂时都不能吃。在我过来之前,我去做身体检查,结果,医生说我很多东西不能吃,因为他说我的肺出现一些问题。。。。我连milo,牛奶,面包,饼干,面都不能吃。好痛苦哦,最省钱的方法 (饼干和面包) 都不能吃。。。

o my dear sis, wat happend 2ur lung? no smoke no bad habit also got lung problems?

sld take very very very very gd care of urself.

sometimes, v ve to save $ but it always bring us a lot of health problems, too. wat is the effect if u took those foods mentioned? living alone outside, ve 2look after ourself carefully. don't sleep lately liao, keep a gd habit for life.

let me know wat actually dr said abt ur lung, i wld c wat kind of the vit are gd 2u.

no smoking oso got lung problems? i knew tht!
first day i go Uni, lecturer asked us, raise ur hand if u smoke. Most of ppl raise!
then he said raise ur hand if u DON smoke.
Only a lil ppl raised. Then he said," Non smokers die everyday n die faster!" Hahaha..i was like -.-"
it's kinda true, cos if u're a passive smoker or second hand smoker u die faster. more faster than those 1st hand smoker.

I got a fren got diabetics for more than 8 yrs, she oso a lot of things cannot eat. I think very suffering. I very ke lian see her like this. Everytime she come my hse, i have to buy soft drinks separately so she wont feel down. quite hard lor...rice oso cannot eat. >.<

then wat u eat arh? vegetarian? here de vegetarian restaurant v exp. -.-" hardly eat. only can eat "rou bian chai". no choice. Buddha will understand.
then u have to take care oh. will pray for ur health.

没事,只是一些小问题吧了,大家放心。。。。医生说我的肺衰弱和有一点集油的现象。。。。所以,只要借口就没什么大碍了,。。。。或许,我觉得可能是之前熬太多夜的关系吧,现在,起了副作用。。。。。。

ya, now i am eating vegeterian....if no vegeterian, i just eat "rou bian cai"....but it is good oso, can keep fit oso......muahahaha..... :D

據我所知敖夜太多不單只會造成肺功能受影響,就連肝也會受到一定的影響。

在早前我閱讀過一編報導,據說我們人類的肝在每日半夜12時至凌晨3時開始工作,所以我們最遲也必須在這段時間內休息。

如果真的需要赶功課力我希望你們還是在這段時間內上床睡覺,3點以后在起床拼過!(要不然或許會出現未老先衰的情形哦!不是開玩笑)

醫生說,每個人每天最好睡8個小時,因為睡眠不足會造成我們体內分秘不良的毒素,極可能造成一些癌細胞的滋長,這絕對不是件好事!

這是我看見的一些報導,和大家分享。阿彌陀佛!

yup, u r rite. but wld like to correct ur sentance is, the liver is REST (NOT work) at 10pm-2am, so v ve to rest too so that the liver will rest properly. if no choice like me, after home & bath, it always 11-11.30pm, but i still trying to go to the bed earlier unless the tv got some programes tat i like so much (hehehe....)

today healthy is the most important thing. besides taking care of the food v take, shld take vits tat provide some protection to our organs & keep gd rest at nite. don't forget also, don't be so tension. tension also is the reason of cancer and caused many other mental diseases.

u sleep at 11.30pm? so ham fuk lah!! i dun have tht fu qi.. i sleep the latest is 6am! I got to so many works to do! nowonly left 2 months more ler..
if i can sleep early good lor..but for yrs i have bad insomnia. normally, i sleep for 4 am..if got many many works..is 6am lor! wat to do. if cant finish i cant sleep well..hahaha.
